In KS, the "construction" rule is from sunup to sundown, they are allowed to work. That means hammering, jackhammers, big trucks and equipment...BUT NO RADIOS. So...they can hammer and build outside my window (why yes, they ARE, thanks for asking!), but they better not turn that damned radio on before 7:00 a.m. meh.
So...I feel your pain. Really.
